Project Control

By exclusively participating with our three (3) affiliated companies for each interior trade and specialty, after the project award we will continue monitoring the project from the manufacturing and installation stages up to the project final completion with the help of our developed “Cost, Quality & Time Management Control” (CQTMC) system. In case of any conflicts or any other problems, we will become mediators for finding solutions to insure the best project outcome.
