Pueblo Contracting Service and Aszkenazy Development invite you to bid our new 49,000 sq.ft 62 one bedroom , apartment complex, San Fernando Community Housing. This project is workforce housing of three stories on top of a semi-subterranean parking garage.  This project is NOT being publically bid so only the invited subcontractors will be considered. All subcontractors are encouraged to provide alternate value engineering ideas and costs and these ideas will be considered in the subcontractor selection process.

At the present time this project under grading stages

Submit bid proposal at your earliest time convenience so we can insure “apple for apple" competitive bidding. For the best of our negotiations we suggest that you break bid prices on specialties and areas of work, materials and labor, etc.
