Architectural Sourcing, Inc. (ASI) is a marketing, estimating, bidding and projects coordination company for residential and commercial construction. ASI represent three (3) subcontractors for each trade or category by jointly participating on the projects. Upon award of the projects ASI small fee of .25% to 4% shared under contractual obligation with affiliates. ASI metodology designed on the basis of the fairest bidding process, competitive prices and required quality of work and services. By hiring ASI on Exclusive basis, where only ASI affiliated companies participate on the projects, customers can benefit from ASI services outlined at Services section. The most valuable part of those services relates to the fact that ASI act on a project's as an owner representative allowing performing projects under allocated budget wich make customers to enjoy it for the years to come. Whether the projects are in the thousands or in the millions of dollars we provide our qualified affiliated companies. They are assigned to our database on the basis of their specialty, project size, and metropolitan area of work. They are licensed, bonded and liability insured, and in many instances, especially on the large projects, they also provide performance bond. Upon the customers requests we also provide a full pre-qualification package, including references.
Our methodology is the only one on the market that guarantees competitive bidding or providing all your new construction and improvement services on an “apple for apple” basis. Upon our customers Invitation To Bid (ITB), at the Projects for Bids tab (ASI plan room), we are able to post projects detailed information, plans, and bidding documents. It allows best possible time frame and bidding participation respond from ASI affiliated companies.
